TASTING
If this Provençal red wine had to be summed up in three words, they would be: intense, oaky, and blackcurrant. This Luberon protected designation of origin red wine has been in transition to organic farming for two years. A perfect choice combining quality and eco-responsibility!

La Royère in the spotlight
At the foot of the Luberon, in the commune of Oppède, lies the La Royère estate, dedicated to regional products in respect of organic farming.
On the wine side, La Royère works with the emblematic grape varieties of the Rhône Valley on the AOP Luberon, IGP Méditerranée and Vaucluse appellations.
For olive oil, it is said to be "virgin", cold-extracted and first-pressed, thus retaining only the juice of the fruit.
A naturally sweet wine is also produced in order to offer a range of eaux-de-vie that are as aromatic as they are original (like the Eau de Vie d'Olive).
Tradition and creativity are both present here!
