The intense and profound flavor of black cherry is present in this artisanal jam made in Provence. Delicious on toast at breakfast, it can also be enjoyed with a hard cheese, such as the famous Basque-Béarnais Ossau-Iraty (for an interregional recipe!).
INGREDIENTS
Cherries, white cane sugar, concentrated lemon juice and pectin.
Preparation: 70g of fruit per 100g of finished product.
Total sugar content after cooking: 64g per 100g.
RECOMMENDATIONS
May contain traces of nuts .
Keep refrigerated after opening.
