This honey with a strong, woody taste is harvested in Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur and Isère and then extracted in Bonnieux by the family business Rucher Papillon.
With its slightly bitter notes reminiscent of chestnut, this honey will be an ideal ally in cooking but also to enhance a cup of infusion or tea.
