TASTING
This cuvée is certainly one of the Domaine's most emblematic. Made almost exclusively from very old Carignan vines, the grapes are vinified as whole bunches using carbonic maceration, which imparts to this wine its typical red fruit aromas. Aging for 12 to 18 months in American oak barrels gives this wine its roundness and smoothness while preserving its freshness.
