This honey with a pronounced floral taste is harvested in Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur and Isère and then extracted in Bonnieux by the family business Rucher Papillon.
Perfect in cooking (such as in an apricot tart ) or on toast, it can also be added to a hot infusion !
